

Amateur MX Team Code of Conduct
Welcome to Amateur MX Team! We are thrilled to have you on board as part of our motocross family. Please read and adhere to the following Code of Conduct
1. Respect and Sportsmanship
1.1 Respect for Others: In the pursuit of motocross excellence, respect for your fellow riders, coaches, officials, and competitors is paramount. Everyone is here to learn, grow, and enjoy the sport.
1.2 Good Sportsmanship: Celebrate victories with humility and accept defeat graciously.
1.3 Encouragement: As individual riders, we strive for improvement, however we as a team are here to help our teammates improve as much as we are here to improve ourselves.
2. Safety First
2.1 Protective Gear: Prioritize your safety by always wearing the required gear. Regularly inspect and maintain your bike to ensure both your safety and the safety of your teammates.
2.2 Bike Maintenance: A well-maintained bike contributes to a safer riding experience for everyone. Share your knowledge and help each other with bike maintenance.
2.3 Following Rules: Adhere to track rules and regulations. Your commitment to safety enhances the overall well-being of the team.
3. Positive Attitude
3.1 Positive Language: Use uplifting and constructive language. This includes your teammates and fellow competitors.
3.2 Encouraging Environment: Cultivate a supportive atmosphere. Embrace the fact that each rider's progress elevates the entire team.
3.3 Problem Resolution: Address conflicts respectfully and constructively. We are a team, and effective communication is key to our success.
4. Responsible Behavior
4.1 Alcohol and Substance Use: Stay focused on your goals by avoiding alcohol, illegal substances, or performance-enhancing drugs. We have a no tolerance policy for illegal substances and underage alcohol consumption.
4.2 Social Media: Represent our team positively on social media platforms. Your online presence reflects on the team and its sponsors.
4.3 Property: Treat the track and facilities with respect. This means adhering to posted or stated track and facility rules. Leave no trash or unwanted items in the pit area or at the track.
Penalties for violations of the Code of Conduct will be addressed by Amateur MX Team Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis and may include removal from the team.
